The Blackstone Valley Spinners are back on the diamond as they officially kick off preseason practices for the 2025 summer campaign this Tuesday, May 14th, with a follow-up session scheduled for Thursday, May 16th. With the first preseason matchup looming just days away, the Spinners are eager to get to work and lay the foundation for what promises to be a highly competitive season in the Central New England Baseball Association (CNEBA).

Led by Head Coach J.P. Lucier and General Manager/President Marshall Quinley, the Spinners will use these opening practices to evaluate their revamped summer collegiate roster, sharpen fundamentals, and build team chemistry. With a mix of returning leaders and new talent from collegiate programs across the region, the energy is high as the club gets its first reps of the season in. The Spinners are focused and motivated as they prepare for their first test—a preseason showdown with the Al Thomas Athletics this Friday in Dorchester.
